The aim of this module will be to understand the extent to which marketing decision-making at strategic level (segmentation, targeting, positioning) and operational level (development of the marketing mix: product design, pricing policy, distribution, communication, particularly online and via social media, evaluation) are influenced by all the environmental and digital transformations of recent decades.

This lecture examines how human resources management can support the development of sustainable careers for employees and organizations. It discusses concepts such as talent attraction and retention, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, e.g.  in the context of the changing world of work and the challenges of sustainability.

This lecture analyzes how management control systems can facilitate the implementation of sustainability strategies and the achievement of sustainability goals.

An innovation management course, which will of course address the CSR issues associated with innovation, with the following programme: – The challenges of innovation, Managing in-house innovation, Managing collaborative innovation, Protecting innovation.

This lecture focuses on how to manage the supply chain in a way that minimizes the negative environmental impacts and maximizes the positive social impacts. It covers topics such as green procurement, green production, green logistics, green packaging…

This lecture aims to explore the different cultural strata and their interrelationships, in order to provide keys to understanding and useful frames of reference for the practice of intercultural management.
