Our Sumer School 2024 at IGR-IAE Graduate School of Management has just ended last week. A dynamic group of international students coming from Norway, Germany, Japan, Italy, India and more, has enjoyed a comprehensive and intense programme from July 1 to 12.
But let’s rewind !

A dense program

In a friendly but studious atmosphere, our professors went the extra mile to share the latest developments in management practices in the field of sustainability. Indeed, our Summer School 2024 dedicated to “Challenges for Sustainable Management” was the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the latest innovative solutions in different areas of management such as finance, human resources, supply chain, and more.

Online conference by Ms. Yanina Rashkova, invited professor, from University of Cagliari

Ms. Yanina Rashkova from University of Cagliari, an Alliance EDUC member, she is PhD, Assistant Professor in Management and Humanities Department, and gave an online lecture on Mindful Organizing for Greater Social Inclusion. “We  explore how mindfulness, as a framework for developing individual and collective behavior, can foster more attentive and conscious organizational practices”.

EDUC Alliance, in addition to helping organize and promote our  Summer School 2024, funded scholarships to enable students from member Universities to cover their registration fees.

Company visit

We want to sincerly thank the generous cooperation of MAX SAUER SAS, a leading manufacturer of fine brushes and paint for professional artists.

During the visit, led by Pr.Thi Le Hoa Vo, the students saw how, by combining some of the world’s leading brands (Raphaël, Isabey & Sennelier), the group has became a truly major player in the world of Fine Arts. Its fundamental goal is to build a future where artistic fulfilment, human rights, environmental protection and economic growth go hand in hand.

Thanks to Mr. Eric Sauer, President and Quentin Le Bail, Export Sales Manager, for this opportunity, for their warm welcome &  their generous effort to share their experience to our students.

The relaxing part

Last but not least, as a good summer school is nothing without the fun social activities, our students have enjoyed visit through the city of Rennes, rich of its historical heritage, basic French language with entertaining crash courses and a visit to Le Mont Saint Michel.
