Franck BURELLIER

My research focuses on role transitions (during professional evolution or organizational changes) and the identity dynamics they imply. They are based on case studies in two sectors: hospital (doctors and caregivers facing hybrid professional-managerial roles) and video game commentary (individuals assuming less institutionalized roles).
