As part of the Work and Career Week, Damien Leduc, lecturer at IGR-IAE Rennes, organized a workshop/meeting with IHRM Master students via the Teams platform, with one of our former students, Tamanna Gutpa, 2017/2018 cohort.

Tamanna  presented her career path, her time at IGR-IAE, her search for an internship, first job… and future projects. The point was to give a feedback: how did she prepare her internship search? What difficulties did she encounter? What solutions were implemented?

Tamanna also gave the current students some tips and made recommendations: how to target the company, how to introduce themselves, how to overcome their fears, etc.

She also offered those interested in recruitment positions to send her their CV and cover letter. She will be able to offer one or more internships in the company where she works (Skillink).

A very inspiring one-hour meeting for our current IHRM students!
