Dr. Frances Gunn, from the Toronto Metropolitan University, Canada, will lead several workshops from January 14 to 23, during IGR-IAE’s International Week.

She is the current TRSM Learning & Teaching Chair, founding President of the Canadian Retail Education Association, and founding Director of the Retail Innovation & Technology Hub in Ryerson’s Science Discovery Zone.
