On November 25, 2024, international Master 2 students visited Brasserie Coreff in Liffré (Ile-et-Vilaine).
Coreff is one of Brittany’s leading breweries. Headquartered in Finistère, the region from which the founders originate, they have now moved to Liffré, where they produce and export their beers, supplying a large number of stores.
We were welcomed by the plant manager, Philippe Joye, who gave us a tour of the factory, explaining the company’s history, beer production, distribution and so on. At the end of the tour, they offered us a tasting of several beers, a convivial moment much appreciated by the students.
This activity was proposed to the students by Marcos Molina, the French teacher, as part of a “ visit to Breton companies ”. 12 students took part.
