On March 27, 2023, as part of their Digital Management & e-HRM, our students of the Master in International Human Resources Project Management visited the headquarters of the Leocare company in Cesson Sévigné, nearby Rennes.

They met Christophe Dandois, co-founder and CEO of this Brittany-based and fast-growing multiservice neo-insurance company, offering 100% online services and a highly rated application (4.6/5) which already boasts over 500,000 downloads 150,000 clients.

Accompanied by Caroline Ruiller, director of the IHRM program, our students had an insightful discussion with Christophe Dandois about Leocare’s strong values in terms of well-being in the workplace, gender equality within the team and its innovative ideas to challenge the insurance industry.
