My research activity focuses on developing theoretical frameworks for topics that are largely studied but not well defined. In this way, I study different topics: Social networks in an organizational context, the protection of innovations, epistemology, and the historiography of management.
The contribution of my research work is twofold. For scholars, it provides them with an overview of fragmented fields of study and identifies avenues of investigation that remain to be explored. For practitioners, it offers frameworks that facilitate decision-making.
