Just before leaving IGR-IAE Rennes for their 6-month in-company internship the international students of our Master 2 programs taught 100% in English tried out a fun and tasty activity.

A crêpe and galette workshop was organized by the professors of French as a foreign language at the Cook and Go workshop in Rennes.

After learning how to prepare the dough, everyone got to try cooking the crêpes on the billig (specific crêpe pan) and to prepare delicious toppings. Of course at the end of the session, everyone got to taste their crêpes!

We hope that our students continue preparing this typical Breton specialty once they are back in their home countries.
