On October 29, the students of the Master of Business Administration in International Management (taught in English) and of the “MAE Développement de Projets Internationaux” (taught in French) attended a conference by Mr. Luciano Macaferri Rodrigues, executive director of Thales company in Brazil.

In a few words, he presented the challenges of globalization in a post-pandemic world and how it can impact company performance and growth. He highlighted the role of technology and human resources management. This meaningful encounter with the MAE DPI, MEJ and MBAIM students provided insight on how Thales’ Brazil division is adapting its strategy in the light of the uncertainties related to Covid 2019.

Our French and international students appreciated this fruitful exchange, which gives them a hands-on insight in how a company operate in uncertain times.
