During one week in October, we had the pleasure of welcoming Kathy Jourdain and Jerry Nagel at IGR-IAE Rennes. They delivered sessions on timely leadership, ethical uses of AI, and the importance of understanding different worldviews when managing and leading diverse teams.

Their interactive teaching approach encourages students to reflect on how personal perspectives and collective dynamics influence decision-making and collaboration. These courses were offered to our international students and to participants of the Master in Business Management, providing a valuable learning experience rooted in real-world practice.

We are delighted to continue this collaboration and grateful for the opportunity for our students to learn from their expertise in Leadership.
