IGR-IAE Rennes is delighted to welcome Kadigia Faccin from the Fundação Dom Cabral in Brazil from 27 to 31 January 2025.

Kadigia Faccin, a lecturer and researcher at Fundação Dom Cabral in Brazil, is dedicated to the study of start-ups and SMEs, exploring the challenges they face in developing and remaining competitive through innovation strategies.

She holds a PhD in Management Science from UNISINOS (Brazil) and the University of Poitiers (France), and is the author of numerous works on innovation, technology and governance.

At the next Eat & Think seminar on 29 January 2025, Kadigia will share one of her works on the governance of entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Invited by Laura Sabbado da Rosa, she will also be speaking as part of the Innovation & Knowledge Management course in the Master 1 BA, IHRM pathway. She will discuss the experience of the city of Porto Alegre, Brazil, and the organisation of entrepreneurial ecosystems in the face of climate crises.
