From classroom learning to real-world HR practice — our HR Expert Track is back!
The first conference of this year’s series brought our M1 BA – IHRM students face to face with an HR professional whose international journey offered both insight and inspiration.

Through vivid examples and open discussion, Anne Sixou – invited by Dr. Rebecca Dickason, M1 IHRM program director – shared what it truly means to work as a bilingual HR Business Partner in Canada — from strategic collaboration and talent management to navigating legal and cultural nuances in fast-changing environments.

Students gained first-hand insight into the realities of global HR roles — balancing compliance and empathy, structure and agility.
