We are pleased and honoured to introduce Professor Kohei ISOHATA.
Professor ISOHATA is a professor at the Faculty of Management at Meijo University in Nagoya, Japan. His work focuses on HRM. A renowned researcher, he is also President of the Franco-Japanese Management Society (Société Franco-Japonaise de Gestion).
He is spending an academic year (until March 2026, according to the Japanese calendar) as a researcher at CREM, at the invitation of Karine Picot-Coupey. He is based at IGR-IAE Rennes and the Franco-Japanese Management Centre.
He is here to conduct a research project on work-study programmes in higher education, with a particular focus on apprenticeship schemes. His main objective is to gain a better understanding of how this system works in practice, from the perspective of both educational institutions and partner companies.
