As a former consultant and now in charge of controlling for a large digital services company, I share my experience in ERP deployments. Through a concrete project in agile mode, students become familiar with the FI and CO modules of SAP® and discover the design of P&L in IFRS standard, process modeling, parameter setting and use of the FI and CO modules of SAP®. The objective for the students is to understand their role in the company (ERP Key user, Project Management Assistant, ERP Consultant).
