consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019activit\u00e9 des conciliateurs de justice depuis 2015<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Cette \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par <strong>Matthieu Belarouci<\/strong> (Ma\u00eetre de Conf\u00e9rences \u00e0 l\u2019IGR-IAE Rennes \/ Universit\u00e9 de Rennes), sous la coordination du <strong>Service statistique minist\u00e9riel (SSM)<\/strong> de la justice et la <strong>Direction des affaires civiles et du sceau (DACS)<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Destin\u00e9 aux professionnels du secteur judiciaire (magistrats, Conseil national de la m\u00e9diation, Conseil national des barreaux\u2026), <strong>ce bulletin offre une analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9volution du recours aux conciliateurs de justice<\/strong>, acteurs essentiels de la r\u00e9solution amiable des litiges.<\/p><p>Par son expertise, Matthieu Belarouci contribue \u00e0 \u00e9clairer les dynamiques de la justice civile et \u00e0 mieux comprendre le
