{"id":326699,"date":"2023-10-23T17:01:08","date_gmt":"2023-10-23T15:01:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.igr.univ-rennes.fr\/?p=326699"},"modified":"2023-11-17T10:15:42","modified_gmt":"2023-11-17T09:15:42","slug":"partenariat-avec-lapec-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.igr.univ-rennes.fr\/fr\/partenariat-avec-lapec-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Partenariat avec l\u2019APEC"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"326699\" class=\"elementor elementor-326699\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4e72b31 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4e72b31\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4bb6d67\" data-id=\"4bb6d67\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a233bf5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a233bf5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Rainelli Weiss<\/strong>, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de lGR-IAE Rennes, a eu le plaisir d&rsquo;accueillir dans nos locaux <strong>Marie-Laure Collet<\/strong>, pr\u00e9sidente de l&rsquo;Association pour l&rsquo;Emploi des Cadres, afin de renouveler pour 3 ans notre partenariat avec l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apec.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">APEC<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p><p>Acteur du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi des cadres, l\u2019APEC, en compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 avec le service public de l\u2019emploi, marque une ambition nouvelle dans certains domaines essentiels :<\/p><ul><li><strong>Accompagner<\/strong> l\u2019\u00e9volution professionnelle des cadres et jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s pour s\u00e9curiser durablement leurs parcours par une d\u00e9marche de services personnalis\u00e9e et proportionn\u00e9e \u00e0 leurs besoins sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi ;<\/li><li><strong>Aider<\/strong> \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite des recrutements cadres en apportant outils et m\u00e9thodes adapt\u00e9s pour la diffusion d\u2019offres d\u2019emploi et de profils de candidats ;<\/li><li><strong>\u00c9clairer<\/strong> l\u2019action des acteurs de l\u2019emploi cadre en leur apportant des cl\u00e9s de compr\u00e9hension du march\u00e9 et des mutations du travail comme des retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience du terrain.<\/li><\/ul><p>En 2022, plus de 21 000 entreprises et 156 000 cadres et jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de prestations de conseils de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apec.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">APEC, via leur site<\/a> ou dans un des centres Apec.<\/p><h4>Quels sont les objectifs de ce partenariat ?<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Mener conjointement des actions d\u2019insertion \u00e0 destination des \u00e9tudiants.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Dans le cadre de ses missions de formation et d\u2019insertion professionnelle, l\u2019IGR-IAE Rennes a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le \u00ab parcours Travail &amp; Carri\u00e8re \u00bb qui vise, sur 3 ann\u00e9es de formation (de la Licence 3 au Master 2), \u00e0 accompagner chaque \u00e9tudiant dans la construction de son projet professionnel et \u00e0 le pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration professionnelle<\/p><p>L\u2019organisation d\u2019ateliers et de conf\u00e9rences au sein de l\u2019IGR-IAE Rennes et conduits par l\u2019APEC, s\u2019ins\u00e8re pleinement dans cette d\u00e9marche qualitative de suivi et d\u2019accompagnement des \u00e9tudiants.
