{"id":585530,"date":"2026-05-12T15:24:21","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T13:24:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.igr.univ-rennes.fr\/?p=585530"},"modified":"2026-05-12T15:33:19","modified_gmt":"2026-05-12T13:33:19","slug":"visits-in-brittany-for-our-international-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.igr.univ-rennes.fr\/en\/visits-in-brittany-for-our-international-students\/","title":{"rendered":"Visits in Brittany for our international students"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"585530\" class=\"elementor elementor-585530\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c4b86b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"c4b86b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7781d0ba elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7781d0ba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>International students at IGR-IAE Rennes continue to enjoy enriching experiences, organized by their French as a Foreign Language (FLE) professor, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.igr.univ-rennes.fr\/fr\/enseignant\/marcos-molina-fernandez\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marcos Molina Fernandez<\/a>.<\/p><p>In March and April, they had the opportunity to visit the Museum of Brittany History, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Yves Rocher House, the Monteneuf Menhirs, the Castle and Doll Museum of Josselin, and the World of the Scrap Metal Poet (&#8216;Univers du Po\u00e8te Ferrailleur&#8217;)<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leschampslibres.fr\/les-champs-libres\/musee-de-bretagne\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Museum of Brittany (Rennes)<\/a><br \/>This visit allowed students to discover the history of Brittany, from its origins to the present day, and to better understand the cultural specificities of the region.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/mba.rennes.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Museum of Fine Arts (Rennes)<\/a><br \/>The visit to the Museum of Fine Arts offered students an immersion in European art through different periods, promoting exchanges and expression around the works.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maisonyvesrocher.fr\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yves Rocher House (La Gacilly \u2013 Morbihan)<\/a><br \/>This visit is part of the discovery of Breton companies, an important aspect for students of IGR-IAE Rennes. It allowed them to better understand the history, values \u200b\u200band positioning of an emblematic brand of the region.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/menhirsmonteneuf.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Monteneuf Menhirs (forest of Broc\u00e9liande)<\/a><br \/>The discovery of the Monteneuf menhirs allowed students to explore an emblematic site of Breton megalithic heritage, between history, nature and local legends.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chateaudejosselin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Josselin Castle (Josselin <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.destination-broceliande.com\/offres\/musee-de-poupees-et-jouets-josselin-fr-2279537\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u2013<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chateaudejosselin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Morbihan)<\/a><br \/>The visit to Josselin Castle offered an insight into medieval Breton history and its remarkable architecture.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.destination-broceliande.com\/offres\/musee-de-poupees-et-jouets-josselin-fr-2279537\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Doll Museum (Josselin \u2013 Morbihan)<\/a><br \/>This museum offers an original collection of dolls from around the world, allowing students to explore different cultures through a playful lens and to encourage exchanges between students.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.poeteferrailleur.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World of the Scrap Metal Poet (&#8216;Univers du Po\u00e8te Ferrailleur&#8217;) (Lizio \u2013 Morbihan)<\/a><br \/>Cette visite plonge les \u00e9tudiants dans un univers artistique singulier, m\u00ealant po\u00e9sie, m\u00e9canique et imagination, et encourage la curiosit\u00e9 ainsi que l\u2019expression en fran\u00e7ais autour des \u0153uvres.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
