It also explored cybersecurity as a shared responsibility, where awareness, prevention, and resilience are as vital as firewalls or encryption. Finally, the discussion turned to artificial intelligence \u2014 its growing role in decision support and efficiency, but also its ethical and regulatory challenges, from data protection to digital sovereignty.<br \/><br \/>Throughout the conference, David emphasized a simple but powerful message: managers don&#8217;t need to become IT experts to lead effectively \u2014 they need to understand how digital systems shape performance, people, and strategy.<br \/><br \/>Many thanks to David for sharing his insights and experience with our group \u2014 and to our students for their thoughtful questions and engagement throughout the session.<br \/><br \/>Through the HR Expert Track, we keep opening spaces for dialogue where theory meets practice \u2014 giving our students the chance to engage directly with professionals shaping the future of international HR.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How can future HR leaders navigate a world where digital systems, cybersecurity, and AI increasingly influence organizational life?
