The Association pour l’emploi des cadres<\/em>, abbreviated to APEC, is a private, joint French association financed by contributions from executives and private sector companies. Its aim is to provide service and advice to companies and executives on employment-related issues, as well as to young higher education graduates.<\/p>

As a key player in the executive employment market, APEC has set itself new goals in a number of key areas:<\/p>

– Supporting the professional development of executives and young graduates
– Helping to ensure the success of executive recruitment by providing appropriate tools and methods
– Encouraging those involved in executive employment by providing them with keys to understanding the market and changes in the labour market, as well as feedback from the field.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

As part of its training and professional integration missions, IGR-IAE Rennes has developed the “Work & Career week” event, which aims to support each student in building his or her professional project. Seminars and work shop for our international students will be offered.<\/p>

The organisation of workshops and conferences, some of them in english, at IGR-IAE Rennes, run by APEC, may be adapted for the benefit of graduates depending on the needs expressed.<\/p>

These actions will provide advice to students and alumni of IGR-IAE Rennes who are considering their career development, and support them in their plans for internal\/external mobility, training, expatriation or setting up a business.<\/p>
